The Commitment Form must be signed and submitted by the participant prior to the enrollment process and any engagement in SIDF Academy Programs.

Registration
Inform the Academy if he/ she wants to withdraw the registered program by sending an email to SIDF Academy before at least 10 working days of the program start date
Read SIDF Academy Policies and Training Behavior Regulation
Attendance
Attend Program orientation
Inform SIDF Academy if he/ she needs to skip a session by sending an email to SIDF Academy
Participation
Engage in all training activities such as: participation in answering questions and actively engage in the discussions and other activities.
Submit all training requirements such as: assignments, tests, case studies etc
