
SDIF Academy Kickstarts Transformative Training Program for Saudi Executives
The Saudi Industrial Development Fund's Academy (SIDF Academy) has launched an executive education program to provide Saudi industry leaders with innovative business and leadership skills that will enable them to navigate through critical times and constantly pursue growth opportunities in their industries.
The 12-week program, Leading Creative Transformation in Critical Times, is offered by SIDF Academy in collaboration with the Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD). The program is structured to provide critical knowledge in a range of topics to help managers support teams who are undertaking organizational transformation.
The self-paced, virtual program covers a wide array of topics that include innovation strategy, creativity, digital transformation, supply chain management and team leadership.
The program format includes curated online courses that have been developed by Stanford University faculty and are delivered through the Stanford Center for Professional Development; four interactive sessions with Stanford faculty to explore critical topics through Q&A; three cohort discussion sessions facilitated by SCPD and SIDF to help participants apply insights to their jobs and build networks and learning communities among peers; and an optional capstone project presentation session.
Upon completion of the program, participants will earn a statement of participation from SCPD.

SIDF Academy launches “Leading Creative Transformation in Critical Times” Training Program
SIDF Academy is launching the third session of its "Leading Creative Transformation in Critical Times" training program in partnership with Stanford Center for Professional Development.
This program aims to impart business managers and leaders in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia with critical approaches and skills that would empower them to cultivate innovation culture in the digital age, and effectively transform their organizations to achieve success.
It is a 7-week program designed for employees with a middle management level and leaders who have spent at least three years in their positions. It covers four main axes: innovation and mindsets, leaderships and teams, digital transformation, and operations management and strategy and value chains.
This session has been designed after the success of the previous two sessions which were attended by a number of managers of the industrial ecosystem in the public and private sectors, as part of the efforts made by SIDF Academy to raise the efficiency of national cadres in partnership with the most prestigious training and educational institutions around the world.

SIDF Academy Holds Specialized Seminars on Tax System in the Kingdom
The Industrial Fund Academy, on its website, announced the invitation for registration to participate in three specialized seminars on the tax system to be held on October in the Kingdom. The seminars will be free of charge for the general public and they cover numerous fields in cooperation with the most prestigious local and international institutions. <br > <br >
These seminars represent the Fund's endeavor to enrich the knowledge base of those interested in the business world in general to provide them with information required for supporting their professional and practical exercises. Three seminars will be held, the 1st seminar will be on 05/10/2021 on the Saudi Tax Law in cooperation with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority to. The second seminar will be held on 12/10/2021 on the current situation of tax in the Kingdom in cooperation with Ernst & Young. The third seminar will be held on 19/10/2021 on electronic invoicing in cooperation with Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Qasim Office. <br > <br >
It is noteworthy that the SIDF academy has been established in 2019 as culmination of the Fund's long journey over 47 years in the field of training. It seeks to be an essential hub for providing knowledge and building human capacity in sectors of priority. Since establishment, it has provided more than 35 training programs and trained more than 3,000 trainees from more than 370 entities of the industrial ecosystem. It has also created partnership with more than 10 educational and training institutions inside and outside the Kingdom.
